South Indian actress Mallika Kapoor is all set to feature in the movie titled as Advocate lakshmanan. The movie is said to be feature senior actor Mukesh in the lead and there is news that the pretty starlet will be seen in a role of a young college girl.

The movie will hit screens in last week of august and Mallika is hopeful that her character will fetch her immense fan following and craze after release. Mallika Kapoor had no one to guide her, when she entered films in south India. But now, the starlet has good amount of knowledge and is going according to her mind and not the heart.

“Advocate Lakshmanan” will be a movie; exclusively targeted for ladies as the movie deals with the problems faced by women in the society and will deliver a message in the end. (HC)

Actress’s Divorce Petition Postponed

K.Balachandar’s Maro Charitra movie heroine Saritha and Malayalam actor Mukesh had filed for divorce at the family court in Chennai. The couple was married in the year 1987 and had some differences of opinion about 10 years ago and started living separately. The actress decided to opt for a divorce recently and initiated the proceedings.

The family court had ordered the mandatory 6 months separation period and sent the couple for counseling. However, the counseling did not work for the couple and they insisted on the divorce.

Following this, the judge took up the case and posted it for hearing on September 21st. Saritha and Mukesh have two sons aged 20 and 17. (CHIT)
