Actress Sangeetha wants to see her husband Krish as an actor

Tamil singer Krish, well known as a handsome husband of actress Sangeetha is going to transform into a lyricist soon. When all the singers are taking up music direction as their profession, interestingly, Krish wants to pen the lyrics. Tamil film ‘Kanden’ will see the name of Krish as a lyricist, as the handsome hunk has penned the wordings of two songs for the movie, which is tuned by Vijay Ebenezer.

Krish is a multi talented guy and his friends of his college days, known very well about it. It is reported that actress Sangeetha is proud of her husband, for being such talented in different fields and is delighted on her selection of life partner. Close sources to Sangeetha feel that the actress wants to see Krish as an established actor in Tamil films; she deserves the post, with his handsome looks and hard work.

According to reliable sources, Trisha mother Uma Krishnan has agreed to do a cameo in Kamal Hassan's next film, which is tauted to be a big budget extravenga. Trisha is playing the lead role opposite Kamal in this film.

Earlier many directors tried to persuade Uma Krishnan, the beautiful mother of Trisha Krishnan to act in films but the lady politely turned away all the offers saying daughter's career first. But now Uma Krishnan could not say no to Kamal Haasan and is all set to make her debut in Tamil films.

The team is already in Europe for the first schedule. The film stars Kamal Haasan, Madhavan, Trisha and Sangeetha in main roles. (GUL)

Sangeetha says that Kamal Hassan is her Guru. While sharing about her experience in the movie, she said that this time she’ll be playing the role of an innocent girl, which she is new to her. So it seems that Kamal is conducting rehearsals at his Alwarpet office.

Sangeetha also said that her next venture is Thambi Kottai, where in she’ll be working with stars like Narain, Prabhu, Meena and more.

After playing a lady don characters in her earlier films ‘Uyir’ and ‘Pithamagan’, actress Sangeetha is once again creating waves with her forthcoming film ‘Thambikottai’.

Sources say that she is playing the character of ‘Beeda Pandiamma’ in the movie as a kind hearted don who is a terrible to the villain with lot of punch dialouges.

The movie is directed by Ammu Ramesh and produced by R K Suresh for Thambikottai Rajeswari Films. Director says that Sangeetha as Beeda Pandiamma, though an illeterate knows everything about Indian Law and will definetly great applauses from the audience.

When asked Sangeetha whether she will do glamour roles, she said,” I am stamped as a glamour actress since I acted in films like Uyir and Dhanam. Since the characters of the film were such I had to act glamorously. I will not act in glamour roles if the story does not demand it. I also have not donned a glamour role in Nan Avan Illai Part 2. I am not one of the girls cheated by the hero.

But I don a different kind of role where I narrate why the girls are cheated. Apart from this I am currently acting in Telugu film Srimathi Kalyanam and Kutty Pisasu. In the both the films I am doing homely roles. There is no truth in the news that I am avoiding films like Dhanam. Why should I avoid such roles? I am ready to act in such roles. But I am not getting such stories.”
